    We are women who love strengthening and growing our walk with the Lord. Come join us!

    We are doing a study called “Learning Contentment in a culture of More” based on the book of Numbers. The book cost is $15.

    “In this 12 week study we will see ourselves in the story of the Israelite’s as they wandered in the wilderness. Though God led them out of slavery and provided for all their needs, they grumbled and chose to go their own way instead of following God’s instructions. After coming so close to the land God had promised, they were unable to enter it for 40 years because of their discontent and disobedience. Like them, we can be so close to the life of faith that God longs to give us but keep taking the reins, trusting only what we can see and pouting about the obstacles in the way. As we dig into their story, we will learn how to be content while still being authentic about the difficulties of life, accept short-term hardship in light of the greater good of God’s ultimate deliverance, and change our perspective from fear to faith.”

    We are currently studying: Virtuous: A Study for Ladies of Every Age
    by Nancy Wilson

    Virtuous walks through fourteen biblical virtues to help women of all ages be actively pursuing fruitfulness in the knowledge of Christ. That is the highest endeavor for Christians, and it doesn’t just happen by accident. From the Scriptures, learn about the Christian woman’s first and highest duty, along with why it’s so important for wives to be “women of valor,” what it looks like to be a leading woman in your community, and what it means to pursue virtue when everyone tells you that sort of thing is no longer important.

    This encouraging little book includes concise explanations, application questions and assignments that will involve and challenge everyone, and lots of biblical wisdom for individuals and groups.

    We are currently studying Future History: Understanding the book of Daniel & Time Prophecy, by Hal Seed

    Exiled as a teenager, Daniel lived the rest of his life in the court of Babylon, becoming Prime Minister of the most powerful empire in the world and one of the most prescient prophets of all time. The Book of Daniel reads like an adventure story. The Fiery Furnace, the Handwriting on the Wall, and the Lions Den are some of the most famous stories in history. Intermixed with these adventures are visions of the future.

    Hal Seed unpacks both history and the vision God revealed to Daniel. Read it to prepare for what may be coming soon. Future History will give you:
    -life principles from the life of Daniel:
    -an understanding of the future;
    -an understanding of history;
    -a new picture of God.

    All are welcome!

In 1991, Hal and Lori Seed came to Oceanside to open a new church – one that would welcome people from all walks of life, no matter their spiritual depth or background. Since that time, New Song has seen many lives changed by the Spirit of Jesus and the love and friendships of members of the church.

New Song is a welcoming place. We’re a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church where people find hope and love every week. We worship together on weekends, meet together in Life Groups during the week, serve our city by partnering with local missions and ministries, and train church planters all over the world.
